Service Description

Engineering 201! Over 8 weeks, will learn about several different engineering disciplines through a weekly hands-on project. Students will be exposed to scientific tools, the engineering design process, engineering notebooks, teamwork, and creative problem solving. Classes run 6:30pm-7:30pm at Dakota Community Centre (1188 Dakota Street). This class is intended for ages 6-11. Parents are welcome to attend classes along with their child, or to drop off and pick up within the time frame. There is a common area at the community center where families may wait if preferred. This class is open to new students as well as students of the previous "Engineering 101" class - we will endeavor to avoid repeating activities but may do so according to student interest. You only pay for the classes you attend! If not attending full session, please indicate in the booking form on the next page. Your tuition will be updated accordingly.
