Service Description

Get powered-up for an energizing week of electrical engineering! In this camp you will learn how to generate power using electromagnets, electrical circuits, wind turbines, and solar panels. You will take on exciting, hands-on engineering challenges and put your creations to the test using the EFK Engineering Design Process. This camp also features introductory coding and app design, plus 3D printing. This is an illuminating experience you won’t want to miss! This camp is for APPRENTICE engineers (aged 8-11) and MASTER engineers (aged 12-14). Apprentice and Master students work on the same projects, with exciting extensions for Master students. We are excited to be partnering with Serratus Movement Centre to offer fun STEM-based camp activities with movement breaks featuring an exciting indoor parkour gym! Camp runs Monday-Friday 9:00am-4:00pm with early drop off at 8:30am and late pick-up at 4:30pm. One day drop-in option available on request- please email winnipeg@engineeringforkids.com directly to inquire. Daily lunch is included.
