Service Description
Need a special guest for a daycare or birthday party over spring break? We've got you covered! Engineering for Kids is pleased to offer kids science entertainment specifically curated for spring time fun. Recommended for ages 4-12. Depth of science content can be modified to suit individual groups. Each activity includes a storybook. Science concepts are taught through the book and additional interactive activities, and each student will design and construct a take-home craft that emphasizes the lesson. _______________________________________________________________________________ Activity options: o Spring Cleaning: Young environmental engineers will construct a grabber tool and modify it to pick up trash! o Spring Sail: Young environmental engineers will harness the power of wind to propel a boat! o Spring Wind: Young environmental engineers will craft a windmill to lift an object using wind power! _______________________________________________________________________________ All activities run approximately one hour. Includes one instructor and all required supplies. Maximum 30 kids at a time- you may book multiple sessions for larger groups, or ask us about customizing a program to suit your event!
