Spring Break is just around the corner and we're so excited to be back with our good friends at LaserTopia once again! This year we're doing one 4-day camp for all ages 6-10, with activities that can be scaled in difficulty to suit multiple ages. We're excited to launch a brand-new theme: Inventor's Workshop! Young engineers will craft toys, create works of art, and watch amazing demonstrations as they learn the science behind why things work. Each day will explore a different discipline of engineering, with plenty of space for non-science activities too- we've got our favourite games and art projects ready to go! Thanks to our amazing host LaserTopia, campers will also get 2 games of laser tag per day, plus 45 minutes in the arcade. It's truly a camp with something for everyone! MONDAY, MARCH 31 - THURSDAY, APRIL 3, 2025 9:00am-4:00pm daily (free early drop off from 8:30am/ late pick up to 4:30pm) LaserTopia (Unit #5, 1140 Waverley Street, Winnipeg MB R3T 0P4) Monday: Mechanical Engineering Tuesday: Chemical Engineering Wednesday: Aeropsace Engineering Thursday: Civil Engineering + Electrical Engineering All participants should bring a water bottle and nut-free lunch + snacks, as well as indoor shoes. Waiver required for laser tag. All activities are age-adjustable; these session are geared for ages 6-10. Please contact winnipeg@engineeringforkids.com or 204-808-3019 to discuss registering kids outside of these age guidelines - children must be 6 years old to participate in laser tag. NOTE - for returning campers, there may be some crossover with "Intro to Engineering" camp activities. We will do our best to minimize repeats! As space is limited, we are requiring a $50 deposit to hold spots. Bookings cancelled before the start of camp will be eligible for a $50 credit. No-shows after camp starts are non-refundable.
