Service Description

Get ready to blast off on an all-new coding adventure! Over 4 weeks, students will build robots using the LEGO® Spike Prime robotics kit, programming touch sensors, color sensors, and distance sensors as they complete coding challenges based on real Mars missions! Recommended for ages 9-14, but some younger students with previous experience with LEGO® or block coding may wish to participate - please email winnipeg@engineeringforkids.com directly to discuss registering kids outside of the recommended ages. Tuesdays April 29 – May 27 (no class May 13) 4:15pm-5:45pm Notre Dame Recreational Centre – Multipurpose Room (271 avenue de la Cathédrale) Participants may wish to have a water bottle and nut-free snack. Laptops and robot kits provided for use during class time only. Participants work in teams of 2 based on age- if registering with a friend, feel free to let us know who you'd like to be paired with! $24/ class. Class size is limited- one-class deposit required to claim your spot.
