About the event
We are excited to announce our new partnership with The Beach Volleyball Centre in East Saint Paul for four weeks of truly unforgettable camps! Nestled just off the northeast perimeter of Winnipeg at 2600 Wenzel Street, this location offers a camp experience unlike any other. Campers will spend half of each day engineering with us, and the other half exploring The Beach's ginormous indoor sand area.
The BEACH:
• Each day offers something new! Campers will enjoy free play in the sand, ball games, relay races, archery tag, a golf simulator, jumbo yard games, and more! The BEACH is the perfect venue for practicing physical fitness and teamwork in a playful environment, and there are tons of exciting activities kids may never have tried before!
Engineering for Kids:
• For camps in July, get ready to blast off on a Mission to Mars! Using a mix of craft materials, recyclables, and pre-made components, young aerospace engineers will design, build, and test solutions to a variety of real-Mars-mission problems as they learn all about the red planet and the real missions that have been launched there. Plus, every camper will get the chance to build and code a robot using LEGO® Spike to complete a mission, just like a Mars rover!
• For camps in August, it's all about World Games! Have you ever wondered about the science behind your favourite athletic events? Now's your chance to combine science and sport in this one-of-a-kind camp! Campers will join forces and invent their own countries to compete in a friendly competition, bringing home medals for their made-up countries and learning some science along the way. Plus, campers will get to build robots using LEGO® Spike and put them through a series of robotic athletic events!
All participants should bring a water bottle and nut-free lunch + snacks. The BEACH also has lunch available for purchase!

Full week: $400 plus taxes
3-day: $240 plus taxes

All camps are suitable for ages 4-12. Campers will be grouped according to age.
