OUR TEAM

Engineering for Kids Winnipeg is proud to employ some of the kindest and brightest folks around. Our instructing team is mostly made up of post-secondary students studying things like engineering, math or computer science. You're also likely to find teachers or educational assistants among our ranks. We are a small team of unique individuals united by a shared passion for inspiring the next generation of engineers.

KYLEE KOLESAR

Owner / Director

After working with Engineering for Kids as an instructor, Kylee took over as owner in 2022. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering (Aerospace Option) with a minor in Arts from the University of Manitoba. She also completed the Village Conservatory's musical theatre program, culminating in the creation of a micro musical about female science students.

Kylee is responsible for the day to day operations of EFK Winnipeg, from selecting curriculum and planning programs, to coordinating instructors and shopping. She has the most fun sharing the joy of STEM, so you'll often see her still instructing at workshops and camps and creating content for our social media platforms!
